As I'm still grumbling much over the Warriors books lately for no real reason (other than getting annoyed with the Erins' writing on a whole...) I just felt like illustrating all the instances in the fourth series where Squirrelflight still behaves like a mother with the three furballs who insisted on despising her. But when it really came down to it, they did lean on her for support, because you don't just forget your "mum" that easy. (Hollyleaf's under debate, of course, but her character was unrecognizable in the fourth series anyyyyway...) -_-'

Some might argue with the first one, as it's from when she argued with Jayfeather, but I see the scene as something more like "gee, pull yourself out of your damn self-pity" which is in my experience something parents do (and have done to me, thank gods for them). Besides, he was acting as a self-absorbed little whiner. U>U

As for the others, okay I'll admit that when she comforted Lionblaze (over the whole Cinderheart drama-queen special) it's not likely she physically did so, but it's the way I've always pictured it in my own mind, and hey, it's my drawing. I do as I like. 

Oh and finally, I had an empty space in the right-down corner so I just filled it in with a cuddly queen-kittens picture because I can. ;w;
