Right... now this could have been done a lot better, I'll admit that. But I needed to write it, and I needed to write it now, so just forgive me for inconsistencies and whatnot this time around.
Yes, I was mighty furious when I read the summary for Leafpool's Wish. So pissed actually, that you wouldn't know it. I hadn't thought the Erins could affect me thus anymore, but they proved me wrong.

No, I haven't read the novella, and believe me, I'll never do so; but I made my own version instead, based on what little info I have of it. It suits me better this way.

Yes, probably lots of stuff could have been written better, story jumps too quickly forward, and the characters are definitively ooc. Well, I don't care. I'm not the Erins, so I write in my own way, and have my own view of the characters' personalities, so that's that. I can't write serious stuff to save my life, nor can I write humour without stabbing myself in the foot, so this is my personal mix of the two.

Oh darn it, just read the thing okay? I promise I won't bite if you don't like it... that's childish. :iconpoutplz:

Special thanks to KalahariMeerkatfan for letting me rant to her about my ideas. ;w;

Um..so...can you like re-write the entire series? Because this is so wonderful I don't even have words. My biggest problem with the warrior cats series is that there's a sort of disconnect from the characters' feelings, which I think makes their personalities harder to flesh out. I kept holding out hope that the Erins would just go that extra step, just get a little more under their characters' skin, but they never did, really. I really do love the books, especially the first series, and I didn't notice this until I got older and went back to reread them. They write about their thoughts just fine, it's just their feelings that they can never seem to convey on a deeper and more meaningful level. They can't write relationships very well either, which also frustrated me a good deal because I LOVE Firstar and Sandstorm, Graystripe and Silverstream, and definitely Squirrelflight and Bramblestar, and I would have loved to have seen these relationships fleshed out more. You did such a good job writing these characters I just couldn't help but clap my hands and jump around my room like a crazy person. I haven't read the last two books in the fourth arc yet, but even so I think this is an excellent and satisfying conclusion/epilogue. Well done!!
