I love the idea that Lionheart could be Brackenfur, Thornclaw, Brightheart, and Cinderpelt's father. Those cats, in my opinion, where some of the bravest cats in the books. Brightheart for fighting the dogs and then losing her eye and mangling her face, yet she still kept being a warrior. And Cinderpelt... no-one seems to appreciate her. She injured herself permanently but still found a way to help her clan by being a medicine cat, StarClan told her she was going to die so instead of being scared she died by saving Sorreltail. And Brackenfur and Thornclaw... I don't know, they're just brave somehow.
Lionheart was always portrayed as being brave, so I think it would make sense if he was their father. Also, there weren't really any other toms around to be the father without a weird sibling-mate relationship. Execpt there WAS Tigerstar! and I kid of like that idea. Him and Frostfur were good friends as kits, and It would be nice for Tigerstar to have some COMPLETLY NORMAL kits that did NOT end up evil, the leader of their clan, or 'special' in any way. Just great warriors.

And I do agree with your thoughts all the way down to Tigerstar's part, where I have to disagree XD Sorry, but I'm left with no choice.
