Family Tree -firestar- CANON

EDIT: TREE FINALLY COMPLETE WHOOP.

A strict canon version of the family tree for those stiffies who don't like me taking liberties lol~ However keep in mind that -I- of course very much prefer my own, tweaked canon, so if any of you like, leave comments that "I like this better than the other" you are probably gonna go ignored.

However, I will only address the genetics of those not included in the original tree bc I don't want to clutter up the commentary here with a repeat performance. If you're interested, go read here: Kitty family tree -Firestar- (WIP)

Brambleclaw: Black mackerel tabby, and with his long coat inserted anew, fits perfectly with his canon looks once more. 

Sparkpelt: No red colour in her fam equals no "red copy of Firestar" for Sparky, oupsies. So I had to invent something else, meaning she got a bunch of saturated genes and a heterozygous ticke tabby coat, whoop. Also, since both her parents are canonically longhaired, there's nothing to be done for the fur length; she can only be longhaired herself~

Alderheart: He's never mentioned in his description of having tabby, so I guess in the books he'd equal a solid red cat anyway... however, no red Squirrel -> no red Alder. Oh dear. However, he has cinnamon ancestry on both sides (Nutmeg, Pinestar) so a deep cinnamon coat was the best I could come up with. I don't care for the character anyway so no loss for me personally~

Dandelionkit: An Erin classic that, leaving the dead siblings design-less. So disrespectful towards the characters, ugh. But I redeemed it as best as I could. It was never stated directly what Dandy died from, "kitten weakness" can include a whole bunch of things. Her coat should work as a way to showcase her so-called weakness, cuz I went for a blue-eyed albino for her. It's not unrealistic, since her parents are related and I have included colourpoint/albinism several places in their lineages fufu~ That's not to say a cat being albino equals it'll die, it just... works well, symbolically. That and I have so few places to put them, AND dandelions are white for a while. xD

Juniperkit: Solid blue. That much was easy. Juniper berries are blue anyway. Not much more to be said, his eyes are kitten-blue since he died so very early~

Fernsong: Very much UNREALISTIC in his canon form, I changed him into a chocolate tabby, as that is the only option I got at the ready which... kinda resembles his original style?? Honestly I don't like the canon litter in the least lol so I don't care. His name is also SO awkward, like doesn't it feel slightly impolite that they just took someone else's mother's name to use for their son?? 

Sorrelstripe: Solid chocolate. Her canon design just wrote itself. 

Birchfall: Lilac tabby. End of story. I reeaaaaally don't ship this, it feels borderline yucky on my part bc to me White and Birch were like a big sister and little brother in NP and just... yeah. 

Leafshade: Name's not that bad, surprisingly. There's no ginger in her lineage anymore however, so she might as well forget that tortie coat.

Larksong: No. Just no. Lark's one thing (though I don't think there are any black that makes their home in the US Idk??) but song? AGAIN? And for a tom - again?? Come ooooon. Also we already had a Larksong, remember her?? Btw he's just like his canon self bye.

Honeyfur: With such a design, her suffix came out surprisingly boring. Amber tabby and white, cuz that was the only way she could ever resemble the yellow colour. x3
